Why does design cost so much?
Strong brand identity and intentional design are investments in your business.
Without a well thought-out brand that aligns with your values, you will struggle to connect with your ideal community.
Online mainstream services like Fiverr may be cheaper, but remember you get what you pay for. They won’t think about things like being strategic to ensure you’re being authentic to your brand, or that you stand out, or that they are delivering everything you will need to be able to use it.
I can’t tell you how many clients I’ve had come to me with a tiny image that I can’t actually work with, because it’s all they were given by the cheap service they used. THEN they often end up hiring me to re-draw their logo and provide them with all the files and foundations they should have received in the beginning. Who wants the same generic design as four other people in your industry, anyway?
I pride myself on top quality and professionalism, and I am an experienced creative who is all about making this process super smooth and exciting for you.

 

What if what I am after is not on your price list?

What sort of payment options/ plan do you offer?
For projects under $500, A minimum 50% deposit is payable via bank transfer prior to starting your project. The remaining balance will be made via bank transfer prior to production/ release of any files. Alternatively, you can pay for your project upfront in full.
For Afterpay or other payment plan options, please email me to enquire.

 

What is the design process?
Once we have talked dollars and you are happy with your quote, I will send over your invoice and link to your design brief questionnaire.
Once you have paid your deposit and returned your completed brief form, I will move on to designing some concepts for you.
You will then have the opportunity to give me your feedback, and we will then continue to tweak and refine your design until it is approved.
Once everything is approved, finalised and paid for, I will send over your final files OR produce your print collateral (depending on the job requirements).

 

How long will the design process take?
Each job is different. If you have a deadline in mind please let me know at the beginning of the process and I will let you know if it’s achievable.

 

How will we communicate throughout the process?
Once we have our phone or video chat for your branding package (if applicable), I generally find email to be the best and easiest way to communicate. However I do know everyone is different and if you ever do need to chat I am happy to arrange a time that suits.
